I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel others should know about my experience. I brought my Mercedes E350 to Integrative Automotive in Sanford to have a cracked rim welded. Under the previous owner, I had the same rim repaired once and never had another issue. Unfortunately, under the new ownership, my experience has been completely different. After the initial repair, the weld failed. I returned the car, and the weld failed again. In total, I had to bring the car back four separate times because the repair never held. On the fourth visit, my car sat in their parking lot for approximately six to seven weeks. When I finally went to pick it up, the original problem still had not been resolved. Even worse, both batteries were completely dead from sitting so long, and the check engine light was on—issues that were not present when I dropped the vehicle off. I asked if they would at least charge the batteries and clear the check engine light so I could leave with my car in the same condition it was in when I brought it there. They declined. I understand that repairs don’t always go as planned, but I do expect a business to stand behind its work and return a customer’s vehicle in no worse condition than when it arrived. Unfortunately, that did not happen in my case. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the shop under its current ownership. Below is a picture of the repair they did after brining it back 4 times.
